Azira's Hidden Star Hunt – Official Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
The Azira Hidden Star Hunt (“Contest”) is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, and who have access to the internet. Participants must be legal residents of either Canada or the United States. Employees of Azira and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period
The Contest begins at 9am PT on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 and ends at 11:30pm PT on Thursday, July 31, 2025  All entries must be received by 11:30pm PT on Thursday, July 31, 2025 to be considered valid.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must locate one of the two hidden Azira "A" brandmarks on Azira.com and complete the contest form with their contact information, a description of where the brandmark was found, and a screenshot as proof.

Prize Details and Winner Selection
The first two eligible participants who successfully submit the correct entry will each receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Azira. Prizes will only be awarded to individuals located within Canada or the United States at the time of winner selection.

Winner Notification and Selection
The two winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the end of the Contest period. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Azira reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Terms

• Azira reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the Contest rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Azira. You may opt out at any time.
• Azira is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or incorrect entries due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
• The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
• Azira reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances including fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the contest.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Azira, which are final.
• The Contest is only open to residents of Canada and the United States and is void in all other jurisdictions.
• Only qualified participants can participate. You must work for a company in the following industries: advertising, travel & tourism, retail, real estate or restaurants that Azira typically does business with.

Publicity
By entering the Contest, winners grant Azira the right to use their names, images, and statements in promotional materials without additional compensation.

Privacy
Any personal data collected through this Contest will be handled in accordance with Azira’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
Azira is not responsible for any damage or loss of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from or related to the Contest will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
